Try & Hire: Test first before you commit

You can temporarily employ our employee during the 3-month probationary period to get to know him and his qualifications better. Afterwards you can hire the employee permanently (without monetary expenditure). Thus you can test your future permanent employees in a temporary employment relationship without obligation. After the trial period (3 months/520 hours) you take over the staff free of charge or you can let the contract expire without any obligations.
